WEAKNESS

To some, their weakness stands like a beacon light in a tower. From a distance, you can spot it.

To some, their weakness is like a mountain top covered by a cloud. Only when you get close or climb to the top before you see it.

To some, their weakness is like a tortoise in its shell. When you shake it out that’s when you can see it.

While some, their weakness is just there like the sun. You don't have to stress it to see it or spot it. From rising to falling, it is just there for the world around it to know.

Everyone has his weaknesses. It’s something when tempered with, is as good as asking for a match or a turn of events.

Nobody wants his weakness to be used against him at any point in time. Why? Because it always feels like a betrayal and makes someone feel like a fool. 

One regret that always preys on that victim's mind is had I known, I wouldn’t have let them or that person know me to this extent (the extent of knowing your weakness).

Now, down to the point, I’m trying to make over here.

Weakness is not something for the community nor a thing to lose control of as an individual.

I know there is that thing or those few things that one finds it difficult to stay calm over when tempered with or brought his way.

Such things are to be handled with care because it is a weapon in the hand that knows and can use it at any time to take a shot at you.

Some people use your weakness against you without thinking about its effect, because they know it will work like magic. They can use it to get what they want.

If they tried all means and it didn’t work, they end up using that one thing and with their sorry well packaged to offer you at the end of the act.

And that brings us back to how you will be left feeling made a fool out of and your trust betrayed.

As someone said, “Some people, their life is plain”. From a distance, you can see everything on display about them.

If you can’t work on that weakness to kill its strength of how it affects you, ensure to be good at keeping it with you until you can gain control of it. After all, even when people don’t want to use it against you, they end up using it as an easy route to get to you because they know it works fast. So why not keep it there so you won’t give them a reason to easily get to you and avoid that horrible feeling?

Don’t make your life plain, and let your weakness not be on the billboard, neither make it something easily spotted. Rather, make it expensive and private. The devil is trying to use it against you, why make it a double work by making it easy for people? Anything available is easy to use, and its constant availability and access calls for abuse.

So, check your weaknesses and put them in check.
